What a great reminder of my Orissa day...Dear Mugdha
What a great reminder of my Orissa days! Few years back I tried to make Kanji, but the fermentation was not up to the mark. I have never tried kanji with butter milk. Now will try. The fermented one taste is divine!! Nowadays I am having pakhala ( basi as well as saja and with Dahi, Nali lanka PoDa,santula, Sukhua PoDa ). Just yummy
Have a nice weekendUshnish Ghoshhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09727310069092219284noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6616197249599741728.post-9434385758459238102011-05-27T16:21:34.684+05:302011-05-27T16:21:34.684+05:30I'm going to make this soon. thanks for postin...I'm going to make this soon. thanks for posting

Deepa
Hamaree RasoiHamaree Rasoihttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00590816500304058442noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6616197249599741728.post-11661114693039498752011-05-27T16:04:31.008+05:302011-05-27T16:04:31.008+05:30ek dum mast dei mouth wteringek dum mast dei mouth wteringSambithttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00283551843025421121noreply@blogger.com
