About Me

I am from the state of Lord Jagannath, who eats food made by 60 earthen pots called Shathie Pauti Bhog,..As my childhood spent in Puri(where the Jagannath Temple is situated), I became a devotee as well as a big foodie and the hunger made me a cook... :)

I started my first cooking by making tea for my parents long back when i was in class-2, i still remember my first aloo-potol fry was a delicious one and that time i was only 8 yrs old....but still enjoyed cooking a lot...i was always a helper to my mom in cooking during my whole childhood, so learned cooking sooner than my batchmates...and experience did matter a lott.... ;)...My parents and grand parents inspired me a lot for cooking and aftr mrg im inspired by the taste of the recipes of my in laws...My husband is always a help and gr8 support 2 me in everything...

I have a very sweet tooth but i love all the varieties of food--mainly i love the aromatic and spicy Indian foods....

Sometime back when i saw some cooking blogs, i was so happy and started writing my own...Here I want to share all the oriya recipes as well as others from my kitchen as i am here to share all my experiments, love and fundas about cooking with u...I am cooking from so many days now but i think im still a student in this field and have to learn a lott from others....So do visit my blog and leave ur feedbacks and comments as it will improve my skill a lot...
