Ingrdients
5 Boiled, Mashed aloo/potato
1-2 Green Chilies finely chopped
2 Onions(finely chopped)
1tbsp fresh Coriander leaves (finely chopped)
1cup besan
1/2tsp ajawin
1/4th tsp cumin powder
1 tsp cumin seeds
Salt to taste
Red chili powder to taste
Oil for deep frying
Heat oil in a pan/kadai, add cumin seeds.
When the seeds started crackling, add chopped onions and green chillies. Fry till their colour changes.
Add salt, chili powder,cumin powder, coriander leaves, and the mashed aloo/potato.Mix well.
Fry for 2-3 minutes and keep aside to cool.
Divide into equal parts and make balls of it.
In a bowl take besan , add little salt ,chili powder & ajwain to it.
Add water slowly and mix to make a batter.
Dip each ball in the batter and deep fry them till golden. brown
Serve hot chops with tamirind chutney, tomato sauce or ghughuni...
